PLANNING PROMOTION
​
Aside from developing our own real estate we look to work together with landowners to maximise land value by gaining planning consents at no financial risk to the landowner via Planning Promotion Agreements.
​
Planning Promotion Agreements or PPA's represent a new way of working together with landowners, forming a partnership with where both parties interests are aligned.
For example, if a land or property owner wishes to add value to their asset through change of use or redevelopment, but is reluctant to take the risk of financial loss due to cost of gaining or failing to win a planning consent, L&P will work together with the client to realise that mutual goal. L&P would be remunerated via a percentage of the achieved market value MV when the asset is sold. Therefore, both parties interests are aligned in maximising the value of the site.​
